Why does work suck?

Seriously. It is amazing that people stay employed. How many times do you go to a meeting at there are 10 people. But in the room there are 2 people actually doing the work and 8 people to offer opinions. How do those 8 people stay employed? They don’t own anything. They don’t add value. But they have a lot to say. Wtf.

Worse is when your one boss makes you include these people and slows you down. Isn’t your boss supposed to help you get work done? Why do they intentionally add steps with no value verse help you to work. Then they expect you to get things done faster when all they do is add things to slow you down. Wtf.
